RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

 

Returns and exchanges can be accepted only within 14 days of the delivery of the product to the customer.

 

To be eligible for the exchange or refund:

 

The product must be unused.

 

The product must not be damaged.

 

It must be with its original packaging and all tags, labels Intact.

The product must be in the same condition as the customer received it.

 

Furthermore, the exchange is subject to size or color availability.

If the product is defective or the wrong item shipped, you can contact us at assist.arthofix@gmail.com. The email must contain the reason for exchange and a clear Image of the defect.

 

 

 

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Only in the case of manufacturing defect refunds will be processed in your bank account. We reserve the right to verify the returns first, before finding it eligible for a refund.

 

Any other refunds will only be given in the form of a store credit which will be redeemable on our website within one year of issue. In case of cash on delivery items, refunds will be processed in the bank accounts only after receiving the bank details from the customer at assist.arthofix@gmail.com.
